Archiving password not encrypting all archived documents

Description
1. Only ID is encrypted and the rest of documents archived are not.
I have attached screenshot sent on Skype before about this to be action-ed.
2. Some files after saving takes us to PIDs list-board. We have done the majority of archiving almost binders but still need to be fixed.
