Description
Fix data for Screening Log
Records 490 & 498 to accept the sample collection date for SARS-Cov-2. The same dates are acceptable at Enrolment arm for the same records but in the screening log, the dates seem to appear outside the 18month window period.
Also move all the discussed changes to the live server.
Delete the 1 month telephone follow up call from the study.
Delete the 12 month telephone follow up call from the study
Delete the "3month" telephone follow up call and leave the "3 months' visit - we have moved all the data that was in the "3month' visit to "3 months".
