On on 2060(i believe its all visits) visit for HIV positive participant,at blood sample CRF, add validation on question 3, "was specimen drawn" in no, provide a reason.
For this question currently if you answer Q3 as YES, and then answer Q4, "which should only be answered if Q3 is answered as NO, EDC allows.
Please add validation for this.
That is, if Q3=yes, Q4 should never be answered.
on another note on this CRF,Q4 for reasons, please give us option to enter "other"
Example, if i decide not to do VL because mother is not B/feeding and was done last month, then i omit it clinically, i do not have any reason to select front he currently available menu.
This issue was resolved before but it has now resurfaced after deployment of Version 3 today
