Description
Currently, an mother-infant pair may miss the delivery/birth visit. When they present at the next scheduled study visit, particularly the infant has source documents from which we can abstract birth weight, birth length, head circumference, and APGARS. We need to be able to enter these into the birth record on a "Missed Visit. In the interim, we will put an action item on the record indicating that we have source document data to be entered, while awaiting an EDC fix.
