Description

Per DMC call on 25-March, I am creating a new ticket for the Karabo EDC data export because #4938 had an internal error.

From #4938:

"On 3/5 Coulson added the Karabo CSVs per Kate/Sarah's feedback and also changed the following for ALL CSV files:
1. Datetime variables were renamed as "date"
2. Removed non-essential variables: created, state, hostname_created, hostname_modified, revision, device_created, device_modified, id, site_id, created_time, modified_time, report_datetime_time, registration_datetime_time, screening_datetime_time, modified.
3. Added a separate button for "Generate Karabo" export next to "Generate all export".

On 24-March, I ran the Karabo data export (E99FB3AP) and have the following comments:

1. I did not receive the email notification that the export was completed. Is is set up to send to ?

2. For all CSV's can you do the following?
*Can you please remove non-essential variables like form_as_json and consent_model
*The time variables say "datetime_time", can you change this? (ex. report_datetime_time can be changed to report_time)
*Instead of subject_identifier, can you specify maternal_subject_identifier or infant_subject_identifier

3. CSV: Karabo Off Study. All subjects are listed as "on study", but I think this is incorrect. Previously, was there a variable that listed the reason they went off study? I do not see this variable anymore. "Infant_visit_id" is encrypted, can you remove this variable from the export?

4. CSV: Karabo Tb History. Thank you for combining the previously separate Tb history CSVs into one single export. However, there are now 5 rows for each study visit of a single participant (one for each of the questions that you combined). I think if you can combine columns AZ-BS, this might be corrected. "id" and "infant_study_id" are encrypted, can you remove them? "study_status" and "put_offstudy" are incongruent, there area many instances where put off study = yes but study status = on study.

5. CSV: Karabo Subject Consent. Can you remove the encrypted fields (first name, last name, initial, guardian name, identity)

6. CSV: Karabo Subject Screening. In Column O (ineligibility), can you shorten the reasons for ineligibility to the following:
  • Infant not alive (Q3 Answer: No)
  • Low birth weight (Q4 Answer: No)
  • Congenital anomalies (Q5 Answer: Yes)
  • Birth complication (Q6 Answer: Yes)
  • BCG documentation (Q7 Answer: No)
  • Too old (Q8 Answer: Yes)
  • Maternal TB treatment (Q9 Answer: Yes)
  • Maternal incarceration (Q10 Answer: Yes)
  • Maternal consent (Q11 Answer: No)
