HIV Disclosures for multiple children has been created but we wanted them to have something that can differentiate them. e.g labelled by child's first name/PID

Test passed.

i tested with B142-040990039-5 for these siblings; B142-040990039-5-25 and B142-040990039-5-35. Form saved well with one HIV disclosed and the other one not disclosed.

For the infant whom were not yet disclosed, testing at 2002 visit shows that all disclosure CRFs new.
DMC to check role group for this. If HIV status disclosed, this CRF should no longer appears on later visits.
