UAT feedback;
1. Consents are standalone as requested which is GOOD
2. Moffat to remove the "Consent copies" Button on the ODK for both infant and Maternal
3. Moffat to remove the "Specimen Consent" button on the ODK because we don't have this as a separate consent in FLOURISH, its included on the Adult main consent.
4. Add "Omang Copies" and "Birth Certificate" Buttons on the ODK at the Infant/Child side
5. Rename Parental Consent to "Parental Consent for Child", so that it become more specific
6. "ODK Archives" on participant's dashboards(Both infant and Maternal) is empty, kindly avail all the respective forms there.
7 Attend to the ODK admin part, we want to see all the sent images as par the respective forms at the admin side also.
