DMC to provide the following clinicians with the above subject.
1. Sam
2. Gosego
3. Martha.
4. More personnel will be added when necessary.

BHP regulatory department have approved us to do this. This was discussed with the T.D and FLOURISH study PIs, program managers and clinicians before asking for guidance from regulatory.

1. All files e-archived are to be password protected.
2. Identifiable information will no longer required to be obliterated prior to e-archiving.
3. This electronic archiving resembles paper form participant's binder with identifiable information kept in lockable cabinets.

We can still open other files that were not password protected before without password. Checked PID 085-40990013-0.

1; password emailed to above clinicians HOWEVER it opens after 3 or 4 attempts on test server. Out of curiosity, i tested on live server and opened ID copy in a single attempt.

Very few tested and script is fine. majority on files are on live server and Moffat agreed to copy live d.b to test server so we can test handful archived images / documents.
