PASC/long Covid

Have a separate Screening/eligibility checklist as a separate field from enrolment, but also have it appearing at enrolment as is currently.
Just have another separate Screening/Eligibilty checklist field.

On Screening/Eligibility checklist
Under the question "Does participant have a positive SARS CoV-2 real time RT-PCR or rapid antigen test within 28 days / 4 weeks", there should be 2 skip logics;
1st skip logic - if the answer is NO, then "Participant does not have a positive SARS-CoV-2 RT PCR or SARS-CoV-2 Rapid antigen results, ineligible for study participation" should pop up and restrict further data entry on REDCap.

2nd skip logic - if the answer to "Does participant have a positive SARS CoV-2 real time RT-PCR or rapid antigen test within 28 days / 4 weeks" is YES, the option to put date should pop up, and when the date is outside the 28 days/4 weeks validity period, then "Participant has a positive SARS CoV-2 diagnosis outside the 4weeks window, ineligible for study participation" should pop up and restrict further data entry

1.2 Demographics;
-round off BMI value to 1 decimal place
-Have participant age in years and months

1.3 Pre-existing conditions
-If YES for HIV, and YES for was/is taking ART at time of COVID infection, and YES for currently taking ART, make the field for regime to be as it appears on WHO CRF (protease-inhibitor based ART, NNRTI-based ART, Integrase-inhibitor based ART)

1.5 Clinical management while unwell during COVID
For antithrombotic/anticoagulation drugs received,
Allow for selection of more than once choice
Dose applies to the drugs received, have it as a skip logic patten and NOT for "other" as it appears currently.

If YES, for monoclonal antibodies received, there is no field to specify

if YES for other agents, there is no field to specify
