Description
Bokamoso mac50, has delayed transactions. the following f/up visits have been done, but not reflecting on server. no pending transactions from RA mac.

the following pids have no death forms, though RA says she has completed them.

for mac80, Tumisang. visit 3000 for pid 132-40800005-8 was done on 22/03/22, not reflecting on live server

Mavis, mac 60, has death reported on 30/05/22, but it does not reflect on live server
George, mac 40, has visit 3000 for pid 132-40400012-8 on 26/01/22, but doesnt reflect on live server
mac40, 132-40400040-9 , visit 2000 done on 16/09/22, doesnt reflect on live server
mac 40, 132-40400037-5 , visit done on 19/09/22, doesnt reflect on live server
