Description
There are 4 IDs missing from the HIV Disclosure A csv export. Please see attached image.
The caregiver PIDs are:
- 099-9 (two instances which I believe one should be on HIV disclosure B)
- 039-5
- 044-5

This missing-ness is reflected on the test server as well as the live server .

The associated_child_identifier, is missing from the following:

On Disclosure B...
The childPID and the associated_child_identifer is missing for the following:

Both of the variables, childpid & associated_child_identifier are not needed as they are repetitive, however it is odd that some are missing and some are not from A
Please QA this again before it comes to me. Export the file prior to resolving to ensure this does not occur when it comes to me for UAT. Thank you!
