Tested and the extra column on export('TB enrolment'- WHICH REPRESENT AGE AT ENROLMENT) exists on all CRFs except the following;

1. Anthropometrics
2. HIV knowledge
3. HIV history

Kindly note that Interview, transcription and translation CRFS throws yellow screen on export(see as attached), so I couldn't confirm if the extra column exist or not.

Tested and all CRFs now contain extra column on export(Tb enrolment) except Interview CRF, it still throws the same yellow page. Kindly fix

Issue resolved for TB interview CRF-extra column now exist BUT just noticed a yellow screen when trying export TB adol Assent CSV This was okay before, just noticed the yellow screen now. kindly fix
