if the answer to clinical_impression is possible not cancer, probable not cancer, confirmed not cancer, or alternative diagnosis, non_cancer_diagnosis should allow me to pick NONE, OTHER or any other answer option provided there. currently, when OTHER is selected, it says, "field not required" when trying to save the form.
