Description
In all in-person visits, where some of caregiver clinical measurements are not obtained, Question 10 must allow NO to be selected.
See attachment for PID 975-9, for data to be captured at 3000 visit and correct data at 1000 visit. The two visits occurred on 20th Aug 2024. (use attached PDF to key data).

Remove waist and hip circumference measurements at 1000M visits. The measurements are not true figures for pregnant subjects.
