Description
1.We mistakenly skipped the correct process to activate the death report for the biological mother and went straight to keying her off study. Could you please help activate the death report.
2. We suggest adding a validation to check if the death report exists in similar cases. If not, the EDC should automatically activate it when the reason for off-study is caregiver or child death.
