Description
Request to create a export for CRF metadata , that includes:
- Variable names
- variable label for intial/baseline visit CRF form versions
- variable label for follow up visit CRF form versions
- value options
- 1 excel document for each FLOURISH Child CRFs, FLOURISH Caregiver CRFs, and FLOURISH PRN forms resulting in a total of 3 excel documents.
- In each excel document, there should be 1 tab for each CRF that is labeled respectively
- file structure looks good; aligns with originally discussed specifications
- do not need to include backend variables that are not included in CSV data exports
- variable names should match the variable names in the CSV data exports
- variables should be listed in the same order that they are listed in the CSV data exports
