Description
1. Kindly see the new validations(highlighted red) per the attached spec form; In addition ensure the following;
2. Move the question which says " since last visit or quarterly call, did the participant breastfeed" up, it should come before the question which talks about "most recent breastfeeding"
3. Correct the word 'beast" at Q8 to "breast"

All items 1,2,3 above tested and resolved-with PID 0381-1-10.Kindly ensure this following validation;
1. Date weaned at Q11 on EDC, should allow editing; since we have now added a validation that requires the date to match the one at Q8. Right now its not editable

After discussion, the following was agreed on;
1. DMC suggested doing data fix in case of discrepancy, instead of lifting the pre-fill at date weaned.
2. DMC to run a query and provide a list of PID with discrepancies on most recent BF date and weaning date for the team to correct-new ticket opened for this #7813
