I found several records in the child food security questionnaire that have missing values for the visit_cohort variable. Please note that for these subjects, visit_cohort is missing on some but not all records. I attached a csv with all observations for subjects that had at least one record with a missing value for visit_cohort.

I did not do a comprehensive audit of the visit_cohort variable across all CRFs. I do not know if this issue is specific to the child food security CRF or not.
