Description
Example of PID 0620-2, this is maternal death, i wanted to activate her death report and key off study, not to screen her for TB symptoms.
TB screening CRFs at unscheduled visits, should be triggered ONLY if there is a positive TB screening at the main visit

testing included on testing redmine 7761 and 7762. Reasons for unscheduled visit added and the validations are working.
