Description
Adjust script for the following conditions per form:
- Sociodemographic Data
- Responses on all questions can change but for Q7. (level of education can upgrade not degrade)
- Medical History
- Q3, 4, and 5 can change if there is any new chronic condition. Q9 can change, if defaulted treatment; comment should be noted. Q11 - 16 can change.
- Clinical Measurements
- Data can be different if visit reports are different
NOTE: If visit report dates are same, data is expected to be the same; otherwise data can change even if same window period. Check for conditions above.
