Description
When we change visit status of previously completed visit from "done" to "in-progress", or setting it to review mode,EDC re-calculates role groups and therefore issues out or populates forms that were previously not required for that visit. This scenario should ONLY happen when "visit status report" is being re-saved NOT when changing the appointment status from "done" to in-progress"

This issue was a data issue as a result visit schedule created during the data migration. The data has been fixed.

Closed. When team observes PIDS that bheave in this manner, they will update DMC and DMC will assist with data fix
