Description
Per Coulson's feedback on our bi-weekly call today - we should not remove validations on forms in order to address data cleaning issues. If we need to make changes to a CRF for just a few PIDs, then DMC should write a script to fix the data on their end.
So I am creating this ticket to request to re-instate the validations that make Q3 (weight), Q4 (length), and Q5 (head circumference) required on the Infant Birth Data CRF. Currently, these questions are optional. The required validation was removed in order to resolve ticket 5082.
Could you please confirm that after validations are reinstated, that we will still have blank values for:
1. PID 190-5-10: Birth length (Q4) and head circumference (Q5)
2. PID 242-1-10: Birth length (Q4)
Again, these values should NOT be valued as "0".

Closing this ticket. Per DMC call today, everyone is in agreement to leave the Infant Birth Data CRF as it currently is (no validations), since we will no longer use this form for remaining study visits. DMC is unable to run a script on the back end to address this particular data fix, so removing the "required" validations on the measurements questions is the alternative solution.
