Description
Please see the attached images. When attempting to export the maternal demographics csv, a server error is displayed. PLease fix as soon as possible as this data is needed today.

When attempting to export maternal demographics on 23Feb22, export failed and server error 500 displayed on screen.

Issue is not resolved (still receive yellow screen error when trying to export Maternal Demographics from the admin screen). However, I am closing the ticket, as the ticket is old and we are able to export the batch TD files without issue (using the TD Export functionality).
