At this moment, it is most important for Cohort C follow-up visits HEU, as we are currently at 81 out of 100 and are about to reach 85.

HEU 85 target to trigger email notification is working
Keep redmine to observe the following:
1. emailing when 185 for HUU is reached
2. Restriction of scheduling when 100 mark for HEU is reached, same for 200 on HUU participants.
